"Look
at your past. Your past has determined where you are at
this moment. What you do today will determine where you
are tomorrow. Are you moving forward or standing still?"
Tom
Hopkins
Why not begin to think about the things that you would love
to bring into your life over the next year. There is no
better way to begin this process than to look at the year
you have just created. Has the year been everything that
you had planned, or hoped that it would be?
Look critically at all areas of your life. Have you focused
on many areas of life, or been caught up in the flow and
only focused on the crisis areas? The river of life flows
so quickly these days - and it is easy to get caught up
in only a few pieces of our lives. Only in review do we
stop and realize that there were several, or in some cases
many, things that we have not focused on. What is important
to you? Which areas of your life have you been neglecting,
or finding no time for? How would you love this to be different
in the new year? These are but a few of the questions to
ask yourself as you review this last year.
7 areas of life:
Mental/learning/personal development
Vocational/career/business
Financial
Family
Social
Physical
Spiritual
Begin the process of developing a life plan that includes
all 7 areas of your life. Take this time to put the focus
on your most critical business - your life!! Before any
thought of change, we must review where we have been. Use
this as a stepping stone to begin to think through the process
that you would love to create for the upcoming year. Take
time to reflect and be thankful for the year that you have
had. What lessons have you learned? What new things have
you attracted into your life? What is still missing? Write
down your ideas.
SCHEDULE A COMPLIMENTARY COACHING
SESSION TO REVIEW YOUR LIFE, AND BEGIN THE PROCESS OF PLANNING
A FULL LIFE THAT IS THE AUTHENTIC LIFE YOU WOULD LOVE TO
LEAD.
