Stress is specific and unique to each individual, and we all respond and react differently to various situations. We could never begin to measure all the physical, chemical and emotional stresses in each persons lives in a simple test. What has been designed, and appears below, is a test to merely ask some questions to give yourself a quick measurement for your own life. Remember that what stresses each of us is different. Imagine designing a plan to respond differently to these events and situations in your life. With the help of a coach this is a reality!
